Two ways to start

Two paths, one specification.

Start from one of our lamp families or from your own drawing. Either way we develop a single specification together, and you approve every revision.

Route A

Start from an Ennobin family

Choose a shape and we propose the specification, then you choose the quality level that fits your price.

  • Faster to a first sample
  • We recommend materials, driver and light engine
  • You set function, colour and price target
Route B

Bring your own specification

Start with your shape, your requirements and your design intent. We engineer and make it to your specification.

  • Your outer design, profile and finish
  • Your component and performance requirements
  • Responsibilities and acceptance agreed in writing

Same on both routes: the same review and approval steps, and the same mandatory safety requirements for the market you sell in.

Lamp brief builder

Describe your lamp in four steps.

Fill in what you know and leave the rest. We will come back with questions and a proposed specification.

01

Shape and size

The outer shape decides the size options, the space for electronics and how the light spreads.

Outer shape

Sizes are starting references. The final size and wattage are fixed in the specification.

02

Function

Choose everything the lamp should do. Each function adds electronics and testing, so we will confirm what fits the shape.

A-type and T-type lamps are named by their diameter in millimetres. These are the common sizes and the wattages they usually carry.

Sizes and wattages are design references, not tested limits. A smaller envelope leaves less room for the driver and heat sink, so the final size and wattage are confirmed in the specification.

How we work

We and you, one movement.

Your small turn drives our full one. The same loop as on our home page, applied to a lamp.

  1. 01 / 10Your turn

    Your need

You tell us the lamp: shape, function, who buys it, at what price and volume.

  2. 02 / 10Our turn

    Deconstruct

We take apart your brief into clear requirements, and lamps already selling into cap, driver, LED board, diffuser, body and cost.

  3. 03 / 10Our turn

    Learn

What we find becomes lamp knowledge we keep and reuse, such as how much driver fits each size.

  4. 04 / 10Our turn

    Reconstruct

We design candidate lamps from your brief, on the route you chose.

  5. 05 / 10Our turn

    Simulate

We check heat, light output and fit in software first, with cost and lead time as honest ranges.

  6. 06 / 10Our turn

    Materials

Cap, diffuser, body and light engine, chosen for your lamp and your price.

  7. 07 / 10Our turn

    Industrialise

We build the moulds, fixtures, line and test stations to make it reliably at volume.

  8. 08 / 10Our turn

    Manufacture

    We manufacture it.

  9. 09 / 10Our turn

    Test

Tested against the agreed specification and certified for the markets you sell in.

  10. 10 / 10Your turn

    Your product

Delivered under your brand. Every change is recorded against the revision you approved.
